Hi, my name is Jules. I am a cartographer specialising in armed conflicts and humanitarian issues.
After completing my MSc in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism at UCL in London, I volunteered with the Sahel team at the International Crisis Group (ICG) in Dakar, Senegal.
With more than five years of experience in the field, I now have the privilege to collaborate with esteemed organisations in the humanitarian, security, and private sectors, including the World Bank, ACLED, SIPRI, NUPI, and MENASTREAM.
I am currently based in Paris, France, and I am available for remote work.
